TE.NA S.A is a leading construction company, based in Nothern Greece.

During its operation, it has evolved to a group of companies with subsidiaries providing technical consulting, development of energy investments and now hospitality development (TENAMAR S.A).

In 2013, the company was announced the winning bidder to the tender of the Greece’s state privatization agency (Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund) for the abandoned Xenia Hotel in Skiathos.

Xenia Hotels were a project initiated by the Hellenic Tourism Organization from 1950 to 1974 to improve the country’s tourism infrastructure.

The buildings were designed by a team, under supervision of the pioneer greek architect Aris Konstantinidis.

Xenia hotel among others have been designated as historic monuments for their architectural value. They are examples of the pioneering Greek postwar modernism architecture and a significant part of the architectural history of the country.

The Hotel was first launched in 1966, and stopped operating in 2000.

Since 2013 Greece’s state privatization agency has initiated Xenia Hotels privatization.

The property has a total surface of 977.00 m2
It is built in an altitude of +20m above sea within a unique position.
